for the 1st Global Implant Summit

By registering for and attending the 1st Global Implant Summit organized by the Indian Association of Oral Implantologists (IAOI), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Registration and Payment
- Registration: To attend the summit, you must complete the registration process through our official website or other authorized channels. Registration is confirmed only upon successful receipt of your payment.
- Payment: All conference fees must be paid in full. Early bird offers, if applicable, are available until the specified deadline. Payments can be made through the available payment methods on the website.
2. Conference Content
- The IAOI reserves the right to alter the conference schedule, speakers, workshops, or sessions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated promptly to registered participants.
- All content shared during the summit, including presentations, lectures, workshops, and materials, is for personal educational purposes only. Attendees may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior consent from IAOI.
3. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to the 1st Global Implant Summit, including but not limited to conference materials, trademarks, logos, and content, are the property of IAOI. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this intellectual property is prohibited.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Participant: If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify IAOI in writing. The cancellation policy and refund eligibility depend on the timing of your request.
The congress registration fee includes:
- access to all conference rooms, exhibition area and
- coffee breaks and 2 lunches , Members & Facuty Dinner
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation shall be made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat by sending an email to
The notification shall include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
If the written notification of cancellation is received from 1st tJuly 2025 to a handling fee of 50% of the total sum will be deducted from the refund sum.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received from the 1st July 2025.
Refunds will be credited only to the person/entity who/which paid the original registration. Reimbursement to or for the benefit of third parties is excluded.
Accompanying persons
The access to the congress and the exhibition is reserved for the registered delegates and exhibitors.
No accompanying person (including children) can access this professional event.
Groups
Special rate of INR 60,000 (10 participants minimum)

Invoice
An electronic invoice will be automatically emailed to you when your registration will be complete. Please make sure you have provided the correct information (company name, address).

Name change
Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate a substitute participant. Name changes are not permitted.
Payment
Payment must accompany your registration.
Registrations received without payment will not be processed or confirmed.
GST
A 18% GS will be applied to all the conference registrations
5. Code of Conduct
- Attendees must behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. IAOI reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these terms, without refund of registration fees.
6. Liability
- IAOI will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or other incidents that occur during the conference, whether on the premises or elsewhere. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure their safety and well-being.
7. Privacy
- By registering for the summit, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information in accordance with the IAOI Privacy Policy, which is available on the conference website.
8. Photography and Media
- By attending the summit, you agree to be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. These images or videos may be used in future promotional materials by IAOI and its affiliates.
9. Force Majeure
- IAOI shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other unforeseen events that disrupt the summit.
10. Amendments to Terms
- IAOI reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants and will be effective immediately upon posting on the conference website.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City].
